Project managers should manage projects in an ever changing environment with an agile and lean mindset, but always in control.
Common PM trainings focus on one specific methodology, the WHAT. The LAC.PM training puts focus especially on the HOW. Learn to taylor project governance to specific project needs in the most efficient and effective way. We don’t offer certificates but a RESULT driven training using best practices from all methodologies combined. Based on theory but spiced with experience, independently, so not bound to á specific methodology.
Session 1. PM fundamentals. In this session you learn about projects, project management, the PM triangle, scope, cost, time, quality, team, benefit… In a nutshell, all about managing projects.
Session 2. PM Hard skills. In this session we deepdive specifically in the management aspect. Best practices from different methodologies, do’s and don’ts, all about roles and responsabilities, meetings, reporting, governance, risk and issue management, mitigating, escalating and much more.
Session 3. PM Soft skills. In this session we focus on leadership and coaching. Getting the best out of people and teams. This session is less blabla and more boumboum with roleplays and workshops. We also focus on diplomatic but assertive communication and presentation skills.
Sessions cost €349 (ex VAT) seperately. There is also a full day program covering all three sessions for €999 (ex VAT).
